2:40 PM – Sailing -In Men’s 49er, Varun/Ganapathy finished 18th in Race 1. Race 2 and 3 were postponed.
2:30 PM – Sailing – Vishnu finished 23rd, 22nd and 12th in Race 4, 5 and 6 of Men’s Laser. He is placed 22nd after 6 races.
11:25 AM – Sailing – Nethra finishes 32nd and 38th in Race 5 and 6 respectively. After 6 races, she is ranked 33rd overall.
11:20 AM – Boxing – Lovlina Borgohain is into the QF of Women’s 69 kg boxing. She beat German Boxer by a split 3:2 decision. She is one win away from a medal.
10:20 AM – Badminton – Chirag/Satwik fail to make the Quarter-Finals in Men’s Doubles.
10:15 AM – 10m Air Rifle Mixed Team – Elavenil/Divyansh finish 12th and Deepak/Annjum finish 18th. Both fail to qualify to qualification stage 2.
9:50 AM – Table Tennis – Sharath Kamal loses to Olympic Champion Ma Long in 3rd round 4-1. This defeat ends India’s campaign in table tennis.
8:05 AM – Hockey – Indian Men’s hockey team beat Spain 3-0 in their 3rd group game.
6:45 AM – Saurabh & Manu finish 7th in 10m Air Pistol Mixed team event.
6 AM – Shooting – Indian pair of Saurabh & Manu are into Qualification Stage 2 of 10m Air Pistol Mixed Event. Abhishek & Yashaswini finished 17th and are out.
