7:45 PM – Sailing Update: Vishnu finishes 7th and 24th in Race 7 and 8 respectively. He is ranked 18th. Final 2 races tomorrow. Top 10 make it to medal race.
7:10 PM – End of the final round of Golf for Shubhankar & Gaganjeet. Shubhankar is tied 40th and Gaganjeet is tied 45th.
7 PM – Both Anish and Vijayveer miss out on 25m Rapid Fire Pistol final. Top 6 went through to final.
5 PM – Women’s Skeet Qualification: Maheshwari Chauhan finishes 14th and Raiza finishes 23rd in qualification. Maheshwari was 5th after 4 rounds. A score of 22 in the final round cost her qualification.
4:25 PM – Lakshya Sen goes down 20-22 14-21 in the Semis against Viktor Axelsen. He will play Lee Zil Jia for a Bronze medal.
3:40 PM – Men’s Long Jump Qualification: Jeswin Aldrin finishes 25th with a best jump of 7.61m. Only the top 12 qualified for the finals.
3:25 PM – Lovlina loses her QF bout against Chinese boxer Li by a split 4:1 decision. End of India’s boxing campaign at Paris 2024.
3:15 PM – India beat Great Britain in penalty shoot-out 4-2to enter Semis! What a performance. What a performance this.
1:45 PM – Women’s 3000m Steeplechase Heat 1: Parul Chaudhary finish 8th in her heat. Only the top 5 qualified for final. However, Parul clocked er season best time of 9:23.39
12:35 PM – 2 Shooting events qualification is underway. Anish & Vijayveer are in action in Men’s 25m Rapid Fire Pistol qualification. Maheshwari & Raiza are in action in Women’s Skeet.
