Gaurav Solanki lost in the Pre-QF. He is out of the tournament.

Manish Kaushik is into Quarters. He faces Mongolian 2nd seed boxer Chinzoring in QF on 9th March. Similar to 52 kg, there will box-offs for losing quarter-finalists.
Status: Manish lost in QF. He will get into a Box-off for Olympic Quota.

Vikas is into Quarters. He faces Japanese 3rd seed boxer Okazawa on 8th March.

Ashish is into Quarters. He faces Indonesia's Muskita in QF on 8th March. There will be box-offs for losing Quarter-Finalists in this category as well.

Asian Boxing qualifiers were originally scheduled to take place in February in China. However, due to Corona Virus outbreak, they were postponed to March and were shifted to Jordan. So, let us have a look at how the qualifiers will work...๐ŸฅŠ

When does it take place: 3-11 March

How many quotas are available? 63 Olympic quotas will be given at Asian qualifiers - 41 in Men & 22 in Women.

The qualifiers will be LIVE on Olympic Channel. Watch it here.

The bouts will take place everyday in 2 sessions: Session 1 - 2:30 PM Session 2 - 6:30 PM
Preliminary rounds will take place between 3-7 March & Quarter-Finals will start from 8th March.

2012 London: 8
2008 Beijing: 5
2004 Athens: 4
* Women's Boxing was introduced from 2012 Olympics.

Is this the last qualification event in Boxing?

No. After continental qualifiers are over, there will be world qualifiers in May in Paris.
