From 2022, the bottom team at the end of the season will be relegated and will be replaced by the winner of a new competition called the Men’s FIH Intercontinental Cup.

Point System:

India at FIH Pro League:

Hockey India withdrew its name from the inaugural Pro League in 2019 due to lack of clarity in the ranking points. Hence, FIH invited other teams in their place. However, in the 2019 season, Pakistan was removed from Pro League and India joined in their place from 2020 season in Men’s Pro League.

Indian Women’s team does not take part in FIH Women’s Pro League.
