The Asian Volleyball championship kicks-off on 12th September in Japan. 16 teams will be participating in the tournament. The top 2 teams from Asian Championship will also qualify for next year’s Volleyball World Championship.

Group B
Hong Kong (81), Iran (11), Pakistan (51), Thailand (39)
Group C
Australia (30), China (29), Kuwait (83), Uzbekistan (135)
Group D
Chinese Taipei (32), Kazakhstan (58), Saudi Arabia (135), South Korea (21)
Group Winners will qualify for the semi-final group while group runner-ups will qualify for 5-8 classification group.
